The Hidrogarne HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic ram press is designed with a range of three different powers ranging from 150 to 300 tons.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specially designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars and beams.
The horizontal design of the machine allows easy processing of large beams and profiles. The press operates at a hydraulic pressure below 320 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.
The HV/NC series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses consist of a C-shaped electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed using finite element software.
Equipped with a main push table and a rear support table made of high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 grooves; the press incorporates support blocks made of C45E steel as standard. The main table ensures perfect parallelism through four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free bimetallic bushings with friction-free maintenance. They incorporate two adjustable height accompanying rollers located on each side as standard.

Double-acting cylinder with seamless cold-drawn tube, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
Two-speed motorised hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of the fast speed. Includes cylinder decompression valve.
