MADISON Pressbrakes are synchronised torsion bar machines with positive nut stop system, this ensures consistent and accurate bending beam parallelism tolerance to 0.01mm via the Maper NC Control.
Parallelism is ensured by torsion bar that can be easily adjusted by clutch system.
All electrical components are of high quality supplied by Schneider. Hydraulic components are supplied by Yuken and Sumitomo.
Operating the machine is via a Maper HT072 NC Controller on swivel pendant. This is programmable and controls the bend depth and back gauge movement.
