TIGER 370 CNC automatic electromechanical vertical sawing machine which can also operate in semi-automatic mode, to cut from 60° left to 45° right. CNC machine with controlled double axis multi micro–processor allows 32 different lots, each of different lengths and quantities.
The design of the system is driven by screw/nut with reticulating ballscrews with stepper motor and feeder carriage which allows for sideways movement to compensate for deformed bars.
- Sawing head movement on double linear guide with preloaded slides and recirculating ballscrews;
- Head down stroke by means of electromechanical cylinder to obtain the maximum cutting rigidity;
- Rotation pin with preloaded thrust bearing to ensure precision and stability;
- Bar feeder has a length of 1000 mm.
