• Split Front Vice- The vice holds the work piece on both sides of the saw blade
• Idle Wheel Motion Detector- The detector will sense any blade slippage or breakage through the idle wheel motion
• Full Stoke Cylinder Vice- The font and rear vices are driven by full stoke cylinders. Integrating with the SNC20, apply excellent performance
• Hydraulic Chip Conveyor
• Dual Valve Design- The machine is easy to set the feed rate and pre-selective cutting pressure for different materials, allowing you to achieve optimum cutting performance
• Quick Approach - Work height sensor and quick approach rod will position the saw frame to safe clearance. This will eliminate the idle time for feeding and blade dropping to the small clearance off work piece.
• Hydraulic blade tension - Automatic hydraulic tension device will supply tension to the blade when machine is turned on and will release the tension when the machine is switched off.
• Grooved Carbide Guide & Extra Bearings - These are two extra bearings located on a central axis, which support the blade from the top, giving it extra penetrating force. Eliminating the stress by pre-aligning the blade before it enters the grooved carbide.
